Your situation
Close the gap between where you are todayand where you want to be.
Personal Relationships
Something has come between you and the people closest to you. Conversation keeps ending in the same place. History makes it hard to stay on track, and you are all too close to the conflict or tension to see it objectively. The current dynamic is unsustainable and causing more damage than anyone involved wants.
This includes disagreements or negotiations that have stalled, unresolved decisions about relationships or responsibilities, communication that is no longer effective, and questions about how to move forward together or separately.
I clarify and define options. Introduce perspective and strategies. Provide objective recommendations and suggestions when it is appropriate, and facilitate communication so it stays productive and in alignment with your stated goals.

All parties. Everyone involved.
Not all parties. One person, or a few, when the others are uninterested or unable.
All parties involved: neutral and objective between everyone involved.
Not all parties involved: advisor with objectivity and solution-oriented guidance.
Clinical care and diagnosis. Legal and financial advice.
Clarity about what is actually happening, and a path forward, together or apart, reached with less damage. New perspective, improved communication, and strategies you can carry into future conversations.
The Workplace
Two or more people, cross-functional teams, or a leader and their team are experiencing challenges that are costing the business.
Interpersonal dynamics and/or structural misalignments are causing distractions, escalations, and risk to the business. Morale is taking a hit, decisions are delayed, and retention of good people is becoming a concern.
I bring an experienced operational leadership and HR lens as an external partner to the business. My first job is diagnosis: what is actually happening, what is causing it, what it is costing, and what the realistic options are.
Leadership gets a clear read and a recommendation, including facilitated conversations and guidance as needed.
With a people-centered focus, my goal is to find the intersection of what is best for the business, its customers, and its team members. Helping to separate facts from feelings so that emotionally charged situations can gain clarity, and energy toward moving forward can be spent strategically and effectively.
An organization. Owner, board, leadership, internal HR, fractional HR, COO, CFO, and others in a decision-making role.
An employee. For their own guidance, outside the organization.
An organization: partner and collaborator to the business, objective perspective based on the desired outcome.
An employee: advisor to employee with objectivity and solution-oriented guidance.
Employment law.
Leadership can make a decision. A clear understanding of the current situation, the risks, and the recommendations to move forward. People work together more effectively or move forward separately, organizational structure is modified as needed, and the expense of time, money, energy, and lost opportunity stops.
